Garlicky Teriyaki Steak Marinade

My husband is a total non-cook for the most part, although he can make a mean grilled cheese.  When I told him I wanted to come up with a marinade for some cheap steaks I picked up on clearance at Kroger's he dived into research mode to find out what sort of ingredients are needed for a quality marinade.  Here is the recipe I came up with based on his findings.  The name was given to it by my son as he was gulping down the steak.

GARLICKY TERIYAKI STEAK MARINADE

5.3 oz. container plain Greek yogurt
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 T. Spicy Farm Dust
3 T. soy sauce
3 T. Worcestershire sauce
3 T. lemon juice
1 T. hot sauce
1 T. Balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. Liquid Smoke
1.5 lbs.  cheap steaks cut into 1 inch cubes

Mix all ingredients, except for the steak, and pour into a gallon size ziptop baggie.  Add the steak cubes.  Seal the baggie and place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, but no more than 4 hours.  Grill on a George Foreman grill until desired doneness.

The Spice Farm Dust is a seasoning blend that my husband picked up at a tiny little store near where he works, I was able to find the exact seasoning and put the link to it above.  If you can't find it, read the ingredients and try to match those as best you can.  These are delicious!
